- Free fibre Wi-Fi in every pod, room and on the roof. The network name and password are on your key-card sleeve.

- Open 24 hours, with luggage storage, padlocks, adaptors, sunscreen and beach kit.

- 11pm to 7am in all rooms and corridors. The Coral Room Bar is on the ground floor, away from the dorms.

- Self-service washers and dryers on the first floor, or a same-day wash-and-fold service from the desk.

What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am. If you arrive early, leave your bags with us and use the pool, showers and café until your pod or room is ready.
Is the dorm rate per bed or per room?
Per pod, per night. Each pod has its own curtain, reading light, sockets and a lockable drawer, and the rate includes linen, towels, Wi-Fi and the rooftop pool.
Is there a women-only dorm?
Yes. The 6-Bed Female Pod Dorm has its own key-card door and its own bathroom, and only guests booked into that room can open it.
Is there an age limit?
Guests in the dorms must be 18 or over. Private Queens, Deco Suites and the Rooftop Penthouse welcome families; let us know the ages of any children when you book.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is not included in the Room only rate. Book the With café breakfast rate to have it at The Porthole Café each morning, or order as you go — Cuban coffee, pastelitos, bowls and pressed sandwiches from 7am.
Can non-guests use the rooftop pool?
The pool and Sky Deck are for staying guests only, so they never feel crowded. Friends can join you at the Coral Room Bar on the ground floor.
How do I get here from the airport?
Miami International Airport is about 30 minutes away by taxi or rideshare across the causeway. Fort Lauderdale is about 45 minutes. We do not have parking on site; public garages are a short walk away.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. After that, or if you do not arrive, the first night is charged.
