The room
The Coral Room was the building's lobby lounge in the 1930s and still has the curved bar and checkerboard floor. Today it pours a short, seasonal list built around rum, mezcal and Florida citrus — a guava daiquiri, a passion-fruit mezcal sour, a coconut-washed old fashioned — alongside local craft beer and natural wines by the glass. Small plates come from the same kitchen as the pool bar: tostones with mojo, shrimp ceviche, empanadas and a plate of jamón with Manchego. A DJ plays on Fridays and Saturdays from 9pm, and the bar hosts the house's Thursday welcome drink for every guest checked in that week.
