The room
Up on the roof, the Sky Deck Pool Bar serves the loungers and cabanas from late morning until the sun goes down. Frozen drinks are made with fresh fruit rather than syrup — piña colada, mango-chili margarita, a watermelon agua fresca without the alcohol — and there is always cold beer in the tub.
The kitchen keeps it light: tuna ceviche with mango, grilled mahi tacos, a Cuban-spiced chicken salad and fruit cut to order. On Fridays the deck stays open late for the sunset session, with a DJ and the Coral Room team behind the bar.
